New
New assets are usually in original packaging and possess most of the characteristics/qualities/features as they were advertised by the manufacturer. Traditionally, they are overstock items that were never offered for sale in a retail environment or were ever used in any way.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer ANY warranty, nor do we have permission from any manufacturer to offer their warranty. Buying something "New" from us is not the same as buying at retail. When we say "new" in a listing, we mean that it appears unused and in new condition. We do NOT accept returns.

Surplus
Surplus Items are just that. They are no longer in the general supply chain but have good user life expectancy. They may have had measurable customer contact, shelf dust, warehouse and transportation issues, scratches, dents or may be new in an unopened container. Our listing agents do their best to accurately describe each surplus item offered to you In addition, since many of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of handling. Accordingly, Surplus Items can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing conditions. These items are generally unused but can suffer from shelf or older/out of date conditions.

Used
Used assets are items that were previously sold and put into use. They possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and signs of age. Since these assets are usually pulled from a working environment, they rarely come in original packaging and hardly ever contain any documentation or any additional parts and/or accessories. They are minimally tested in our facilities to meet only the most basic requirements of functionality. Used assets therefore may or may not be in working condition and require maintenance and/or repair which will be solely the responsibility of the buyer. We attempt to fully describe all item deficiencies in our listings. When bidding on Used items, buyer beware that it may require repair and, of course, no returns. That's why you're getting it so inexpensively.

Bidding/Buying

Please read the listing carefully and ask questions before you bid, buy, or submit an offer on any of our products. If you are not serious about completing the transaction, do not start it!
We have ZERO tolerance for non-paying bidders or buyers.
Any bid retractions should be made as soon as possible, or at least 12 hours prior to the listing's end.
This item and all others may be advertised for sale locally or elsewhere, and is subject to prior sale.

Shipping, Handling, and Tracking

Generally we ship our products the day we receive payment, but there may be a handling time of up to three (3) business days. This gives us enough time to inspect and pack your order thoroughly.
Handling Charges include compensation for shipping boxes, packing materials, pallets, strapping, wrapping, etc. Machinery may have a larger handling fee than smaller items, as they take more time and material to prep for transit.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment via the email address you provide. Configure your message filters to accept our emails.
To check the status of your order, click the "View Order Details" link on the listing page under the Checkout button. If your tracking number is not there, your item has not yet shipped.
We ship via Fedex, US Postal Service and LTL carriers. If you use your own shipper or shipping account, any and all charges, damages, responsibility and customs charges will be on you, the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Claims, Damages, and Issues

By bidding, making an offer, or clicking "Buy It Now", you are waiving your right to prior inspection. All items are sold as is, without exception. If you try to make a claim, we will deny it. Know this before you buy from us.
Please check your item for damage as soon as you receive it. We are absolutely not responsible for anything that happens to your package after it leaves our warehouse.
In the event your item arrives damaged, CALL THE COURIER IMMEDIATELY. We will email all shipping documentation to assist you in filing your claim.
In the event that , Paypal, or one of it's subsidiary companies grants a claim and you wish to restock an undamaged item, a 40% restocking charge will result.

Due to the fact that we sell a wide variety of merchandise, we need to adhere to a ONE POLICY system when selling. While we use due diligence in the creation of our listings and we attempt to cover every possible detail about the asset we are selling, you, the BUYER must understand and accept the fact that we are not an "Underwriter's Laboratory" (as in "UL Listed") and we cannot assure you or anyone else that a product meets your expectations or any other specific safety standards.

For these reasons, we sell our products for much, much less than you can generally purchase them elsewhere.

If you do not understand the preceding definitions or do not wish to purchase an item under these terms, please do not enter into an contract with our firm. If you do understand and wish to bid on or purchase any of our items, we will adhere to these definitions and will expect you to also. A bid, offer, second chance offer or a "Buy it now" is a CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT- a contract that you are entering into with our company and on our terms. Not everyone likes this- and those who don't may go somewhere else and pay full price. After all, we are in America and you are free to shop where you wish.
