ITEM CATEGORY DEFINITIONS
New Items
New items are usually in original packaging and possess most of the characteristics/qualities/features as they were advertised by the manufacturer. Typically, these items are overstock items that were never offered for sale in a retail environment or were ever used in any way.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer ANY warranty, nor do we have permission from any manufacturer to offer their warranty. Buying something "New" from us is not the same as buying at retail. When we say "new" in a listing, we mean that it appears unused and in new condition. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS.
Surplus Items
Surplus Items are just that. They are no longer in the general supply chain but have GOOD TO EXCELLENT user life expectancy. They may have had measurable customer contact, shelf dust, warehouse and transportation issues, scratches, dents or may be new in an unopened container. Our listing agents do their best to accurately describe each surplus item offered to you In addition, since many of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of handling. Accordingly, Surplus Items can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing conditions. These items are generally unused but can suffer from shelf or older/out of date conditions.
Used Items
Used items are generally items that were previously sold and put into use. They possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and signs of age. Since these assets are usually pulled from a working environment, they rarely come in original packaging and hardly ever contain any documentation or any additional parts and/or accessories. They are minimally tested in our facilities to meet only the most basic requirements of functionality. Used assets therefore may or may not be in working condition and require maintenance and/or repair which will be solely the responsibility of the buyer. We attempt to fully describe all item deficiencies in our listings. When bidding on Used items, buyer beware that it may require repair and, of course, no returns. That's why you're getting it so inexpensively.

• Any bid retractions should be initiated as soon as possible or at least 12 hours prior to the end of any listing.
• WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NON-PAYING BIDDERS OR BUYERS. IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT
COMPLETING A TRANSACTION, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BID ON, BUY, OR SUBMIT A BEST OFFER ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS !
OUR PAYMENT POLICY
• Payments must be submitted within 5 days after the end of any AUCTION or BUY IT NOW Item
so we please ask you to have your finances in order before you make a purchase with us.
• Optional payments may also be made at time of local pickup.

• An unpaid item dispute will be filed for all unpaid items after 7 days as allowed by Ebay
and the item will be offered to a second chance buyer or be re-listed.
NO WARRANTY / NO RETURN POLICY
• We do not honor any manufactures warranties.
Furthermore, We make no statements of warranty or any guarantees on any items that we sell.
• THIS ITEM IS SOLD "AS IS" AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL...WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THIS ITEM
SHIPPING & HANDLING / TRACKING
• We only ship via FedEx Ground, US Postal Service and various LTL Freight carriers.
All shipping charges, damage claims, and brokerage / customs charges will be the responsibility buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
• Generally we ship our products the day we receive payment, but there may be a handling time of up to three 3 business days.
This gives us enough time to inspect and pack your order thoroughly.
• We can combine shipping on multiple orders. Please contact us before we invoice you for your items.
• After the item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via the email address you provide. Please configure your Email message filters to accept our emails.
• You may also check the status of your order by logging on to Ebay and use the "View Order Details" link on the listing page under the Checkout button.
If your tracking number is not there, your item has not yet shipped.
• Handling Charges include compensation for shipping boxes, packing materials, pallets, strapping, wrapping, etc.
• Machinery may have a larger handling fee than smaller items, as they take more time and material to prep for transit.
SHIPPING DAMAGES & CLAIMS
• Please check your item for damage as soon as you receive it.
We are absolutely not responsible for anything that happens to your package after it leaves our warehouse.
• In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us & the carrier immediately .
We will submit all shipping documentation to assist you in filing your claim with the carrier but we will not file the claim directly ourselves.
• In the event that EBay, Pay Pal or one of its subsidiary companies grants a claim and you wish to return an un-damaged item,
a 40% re-stocking charge will be assessed .

For these reasons, we sell our products for much, much less than you can generally purchase them elsewhere.
The following paragraphs give definition to the categories of items in our listings. If you do not understand them or do not wish to purchase item under these definitions, please do not enter into an eBay contract with our company. If you do understand and wish to bid on or purchase any of our items, we will adhere to these definitions and will expect you to also. A bid, offer, second chance offer or a "Buy it now" is a CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT- a contract that you are entering into with our company and on our terms. Not everyone likes this- and those who don't may go somewhere else and pay full price. After all, we are in America and you are free to shop where you wish.
